§ 1 Scope These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website hirestellar.ca and registration for the "Kai" service by SilverDelta Intelligence Inc. § 2 Contract Formation Registration on this website constitutes a non-binding expression of interest. A contract is only formed when you provide a payment method after the free trial period and continue using the service. § 3 Service Description Kai is a digital business development representative who sends automated, individualized prospecting emails in the B2B sector. The exact services and pricing will be communicated to you individually after registration. § 4 Trial Period The trial period is free and ends when Kai delivers your first interested prospect — or after a maximum of 4 weeks. You may cancel at any time during the trial without giving reasons. § 5 Pricing and Payment After the trial, an individual base salary and performance-based commissions apply. The exact terms will be transparently communicated before contract formation. § 6 Cancellation You may cancel the service at any time. There is no minimum contract period. After cancellation, your data will be deleted within 30 days. § 7 Data Protection Details on data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy. § 8 Liability Liability is governed by applicable law. Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law. § 9 Applicable Law The laws of Canada (Province of British Columbia) apply. For consumers in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected. § 10 Changes We reserve the right to modify these Terms.
